Le Jeu de Paume expose une centaines de tirages du photographe et vidéaste hollandais. Formé à la photographie dès l´adolescence, il a publié son premier livre de photographies en 1955. Dans les années 60, formé a l´IDHEC et inspiré par la Nouvelle vague, il produit des courts-métrages destructurés, aux illustrations sonores soignées. Il produira ensuite des longs métrages engagés. L´exposition couvre l´ensemble de sa carrière (1955-2000) et les deux médiums.
